The Pentair StarGuard Main Drain 500111 is an 8" round main drain sold as a two-pack in black.
StarGuard drains comply with the provisions of the ANSI/APSP 16-2011 standard as required by the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act. Each cover provides 15.35 square inches of open area for water flow. Where water velocity through the grate is limited to 1.5 feet per second, StarGuard covers allow flow rates up to 72 GPM.
