16-inch square Aquastar anti-entrapment suction outlet cover kit includes a mud frame, adapter frame, cover, and mounting hardware. It is designed for swimming pool suction outlets and fits most existing 12-inch mud frames or new construction installations. The cover retrofits over sumps and frames up to 15 inches when anchored into concrete using the supplied anchor kit.
